How to Improve Jove's Accessibility

and two options beneath the heading. One is preferences, second is statement.

So when you click on preferences, a modal opens up for accessibility support.

4. Toggling Accessibility Icon

When you toggle on the accessibility support, you can see the accessibility icon appearing on the left bottom corner of the page.

5. Icon Visibility For Logged Users

So this icon appears on every page of the Joves website. For all logged in users, this icon is automatically on.

And if you don't want this icon to appear, you can go to preferences and toggle this off.

7. Re-Enabling Accessibility Icon

After toggling this off, you can see that the icon disappears. If you want the icon to appear, you can toggle this on. And the icon will appear again.

So when you click on this icon, the accessibility model opens up.

9. Screen Reader Adjustment Explained

In this model you can see that there are multiple accessibility settings that you can use. There is a screen reader adjustment, it makes the site compatible for screen reader users.

10. Keyboard Navigation Feature

There is keyboard navigation. It enables users to navigate by keyboard without using the mouse. There is mouse grid,

It divides the screen into numbered regions for precise mouse or keyboard navigation. There's an option of smart navigation. It enables users to navigate the site by numeric keys.

12. Text Reader And Voice Commands

We have text reader support. It reads the site's text aloud in supported browsers and voice commands. It executes commands with the microphone in supported browsers.

13. Color Adjustment Settings Overview

There are also settings for different color adjustments. Monochrome converts the screen to black and white colors.

14. High Contrast Color Modes

Dark high contrast changes the site's background to black with bright fonts. Bright high contrast changes the site background to white with dark fonts.

15. Saturation Intensity Controls

Low saturation decreases the intensity of colors for less emphasized content. High saturation increases the intensity of colors for emphasized content.

16. Contrast Mode And Custom Colors

Contrast mode changes the site's colors to contrast colors. Beneath, when you scroll down, you can also change the color settings using the custom color option.

17. Content Adjustment Settings

There are settings for content adjustment where you can change the font size, change the line spacing, word spacing and letter spacing.

There are additional settings for cursor, whether you want the cursor in white color or black color.

There are settings for blinks blocking, it stops blinking and flashing of moving elements.
