How to Mark a Video as Favorite?

This video demonstrates how to mark research and education videos as favorites on the Jove platform. It explains where to find the favorite button and how to access saved videos from the favorites page.

In this video, we will understand how to mark a jove video as favorite after you are logged into the jove platform. Open any video. If it is a research video video, then the favorite button is located above the video player. This button is in the shape of a bookmark icon

When you hover over this button, you will see "Save to favorites." After you click this button, your video will be added to your favorites, and a green notification will appear at the bottom left corner of your screen. When you go back to the home page, you can see the favorites icon in the left panel. Clicking this icon will redirect you to your favorites page, where you can see all the videos you have marked as favorite.

If you are in the education video section, The favorite button is located below the video player and the center of the screen. You can see a bookmark shaped button labeled as save to favorites. When you click on this button, a green notification appears at the bottom of the screen, and your video gets added to favorites. When you go back to the Jove home page on the left panel, clicking on favorites will show that video on your favorites page. This is how you can mark a video as favorite and access it on the Jove platform.
