Overview
This article outlines the content access permissions assigned to each user role across JoVE's three institutional segments: Higher Education, K12, and Corporate. Each role is granted a defined level of access to JoVE's core content types, including Articles and Videos, Quizzes, Playlists, and MyClass.
Access is grouped into the following levels:
- Create / Edit: Full access to create and modify.
- View Only: Can view content.
- No Access: The feature is not available for this role.
- Can Embed: Permitted to embed JoVE content into external platforms.
