Check Your Subscription Status on JoVE Platform
This video demonstrates how to verify your subscription status on the Jove platform. You'll learn how to access your account and identify which Jove products you are subscribed to.
1. Introduction And Homepage Access
If you are unsure whether you have a subscription to Jove, follow these steps to check your subscription status. First of all, visit Jove homepage. On the homepage, click on the sign in button located at the top right corner of the page.
2. Sign In With Credentials
Once you have clicked on sign in button, enter your institutional email address and password and click on sign in.
3. Access Profile Icon
Once you have signed in to Jove, click on the profile icon located at the top right corner of the page.
4. Navigate To My Jove
In the profile icon drop down, click on My Jove. On the My Jove home page, to check your subscription access, click on Jove subscription access, On the left side panel below institution info.

6. Open Subscription Access Page
When you click on Jove subscription access, the access page opens up in a new tab and this page shows all the Jove products for which you have access to.
7. Subscribed User Blue Boxes
So if you are a subscribed user, you will see a blue box against all the JoVe products for which you are subscribed.
8. Non-Subscribed User Grey Boxes
But if you don't have access, the same page will appear with grey boxes against the products. If you are not a subscribed user, you will see grey boxes against the different sections.
9. Subscribed Sections Highlighted
And if you are a subscribed user, then you will see blue boxes against the sections to which you are subscribed.
