- Log into your JoVE account and queue up the video you want to share.
- Turn on closed captions by clicking the CC button in the JoVE video player.
- In your virtual meeting platform (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc.), select Share Screen or Share Desktop to show the JoVE video.
- Check the box to Share system audio so participants can hear the video sound clearly.
- Mute participants during playback to avoid disruptions. Use chat or pause the video for Q&A.
- Encourage students to re-watch the video on JoVE later, using their institutional remote access.
