How to Enable 3rd Party Cookies for the JoVE LTI Tool

Are you getting the message “Access Denied” when you try to access the JoVE quiz? It may be caused by a third-party cookie configuration in your browser.

For the JoVE LTI tool to work correctly in your learning manage system, you'll need to allow 3rd party cookies from JoVE in your browser. If your browser is set to allow them, then this won’t be an issue. If you disable 3rd party cookies, you can run into issues with the tool being unable to load.

For Chrome, Firefox, and Edge you have the ability to keep 3rd party cookies disabled for most sites, but make an exception for JoVE. For Safari, in order to allow3rd party cookies from JoVE, you’ll need to allow them for all sites.

Please follow the steps below. If they don't work, contact the support team at suport@jove.com.
